Where Is My Order?

We ship orders quickly! – generally within a 24 to 48-hour window. There may be processing delays during sale events and peak shopping days. You should receive an order completion email from us once your purchase has been processed and sent. We ship using the United States Postal Service. Your order could take anywhere from 1 to 10 full business days in the continental USA. Can I Get A Refund?

For all stun guns – We have a 2-month money back guarantee from the time of purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. See below for important information regarding returns.

Please note the following requirements to be able to apply for a full refund.

Product(s) must be in the same condition as when it was received. It must be in the original box and/or packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your initial shipping cost.

For all spray products – All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for pepper spray.

I Haven't Received My Order. What should I do?

1. If your order has not arrived after 10 business days of your expected delivery date, and you have already contacted your local Post Office to trace the package, then please contact customer care.
